Kapil Kedia directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for SyNRG with a passion for building high performance teams, driving innovation and focusing on delivering value to customers.
Prior to founding SyNRG, Kapil worked with HCL Axon as a Solutions Director for the Oracle Practice. He started his career at Relsys which was acquired by Oracle where he managed the Strategy for the Argus Safety Suite for Global and Japan.
Kapil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Mumbai University.
At SyNRG Rishi drives the implementation and execution of projects as Argus SME and also leads Validation and Testing deliverables
Prior to SyNRG, Rishi worked with leading Biotech and pharmaceutical for Argus Safety and ERP Implementations. Also served as a strategic and technical expert for CQA audits and GxP compliance programs.
Rishi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Lucknow University and Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Jean-Pierre has over 10 years of experience in the Bio-Medical field with emphasis on Regulatory and Safety and over twenty years of Information Systems management and system validation experience.
Jean-Pierre has hands-on experience in the Biopharmaceutical research and development processes, validated information systems, and ICH and FDA guidelines for regulatory submissions.
Jean-Pierre has a Ph.D. Biomathematics, with honors from University of Rennes, France and Masters of Science. Mathematics from University Pierre & Marie Curie. Paris, France.
Rajeev as a Program/Project Manager successfully launched products for a Tier I Pharma's Global Commercial Operations information Systems. He has recently launched a Global Safety Adverse Events Management System Upgrade.
As a director of technology PMO, at one of the world’s largest c-level recruiting firms, KornFerry International, he contributed to the launching of their enterprise security program and centralization of their executive databases globally. Rajeev has been successfully delivering distributed enterprise software for large organizations such as Amgen, KornFerry, JPL NASA, Six Flags, The WB, NBC Universal Studios, Mandalay Bay Resorts, US Navy, CarsDirect. Rajeev also has a research background in Computer Science and Image Processing.
Rajeev has Masters of Computer Science [MS] from California State University, Fullerton and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science [BE] from University of Mysore, India both are focused in Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition. He is a Certified PMP.
